Cornice Modification $150 Per Cornice Cut, patch, and touch up paint for each modified cornice. Use Nippon Matex White 9102 paint only.
Replacement of Aluminium Sheet and Plywood Panel (Window Opening Bracket) $100 Per Window Opening Installation of aluminium sheet and plywood panel to cover window openings; removal of existing panels will be complimentary.
Work at height, deploy lifting platform $250 Per Indoor/Outdoor Unit For placement of indoor or outdoor units 3.5m above ground.
 

Free Upgraded Installation Materials

  • SWG 22 Copper Piping (Thicker and better than SWG 23. Less likely to have gas leaks)
  • Premium Armaflex Class 0 Insulation thickness of 1/2 inch (12.7mm) Thicker and better than 3/8 inch insulation. Class 0 tougher,  better than Class 1. Individually insulated.
  • Premium Keystone/Sigma Cables (Made in Singapore)
  • 16mm uPVC Drain Pipes (Better then 13mm. Less likely to choke)
