Aircon Installation & Replacement
There are two types of aircon installation, and the cost difference between them can be significant. Here is what you need to know before getting a quote.
Replacement Installation
If you already have an existing aircon system with piping in good condition, we can reuse the existing piping and simply swap out the aircon units. This is the more affordable option as no new materials are needed. A $300 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Full Installation
If there is no existing aircon system, or if the old piping cannot be reused, a full installation is required. This includes piping, insulation, and electrical cables. For standard BTO flats, piping charges start from an additional $200 per unit. Prices may vary depending on your home’s layout and requirements.

Aircon Servicing & Cleaning Pricing
Regular servicing keeps your aircon running efficiently and extends its lifespan. Our servicing packages are priced by the number of indoor units, with options for one-time, tri-yearly, and quarterly maintenance contracts.
Aircon Gas Top-Up Pricing
If your aircon is no longer cooling as effectively as it used to, a gas top-up may be all it needs. We service R22, R410A, and R32 refrigerant systems.
Aircon Chemical Overhaul Pricing (9K / 12K BTU Units)

Outdoor Condenser Unit Services
Pricing Note: The final price depends on the condition and size of your aircon unit. WhatsApp us to discuss or book an assessment, and our technician will advise the exact cost before any work begins.
Payment Methods
Payment is collected on the day of installation before work begins. For 2-trip installations, 50% payment is required during the first trip (piping installation), with the remaining 50% payable during the second trip after the indoor and outdoor units are installed.

Hand the payment directly to your installer. An invoice will be issued on the spot. - Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
A 2.5% processing fee applies. Full payment is collected on-site using our mobile payment terminal. An invoice and payment receipt will be issued immediately. - DBS/POSB Credit Card Instalment Plan
Available for 6 or 12-month instalments for DBS/POSB cardholders. A 4.2% processing fee applies. Full payment is collected on-site via our mobile payment terminal.
