Aircon Installation & Replacement

There are two types of aircon installation, and the cost difference between them can be significant. Here is what you need to know before getting a quote.

Replacement Installation

If you already have an existing aircon system with piping in good condition, we can reuse the existing piping and simply swap out the aircon units. This is the more affordable option as no new materials are needed. A $300 deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Full Installation

If there is no existing aircon system, or if the old piping cannot be reused, a full installation is required. This includes piping, insulation, and electrical cables. For standard BTO flats, piping charges start from an additional $200 per unit. Prices may vary depending on your home’s layout and requirements.

Regular servicing keeps your aircon running efficiently and extends its lifespan. Our servicing packages are priced by the number of indoor units, with options for one-time, tri-yearly, and quarterly maintenance contracts.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept

Payment is collected on the day of installation, before work begins. For 2-trip installations, 50% is due on the first trip (piping) and the remaining 50% on the second trip (indoor and outdoor units).

We accept the following payment methods:

PayNow PayNow to 201532800E, JEX AIRCON PRIVATE LIMITED. Your installer will verify and issue an invoice upon receipt.
Bank Transfer OCBC 558845350001, Jex Aircon. Your installer will verify and issue an invoice upon receipt.
Cash Pass directly to your installer. An invoice will be issued on the spot.
Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard) 2.5% processing fee applies. Full payment collected on-site via mobile terminal. Invoice and receipt issued upon approval.
DBS/POSB Credit Card Instalment Plan 6 or 12-month plans available for DBS/POSB cardholders. 3.8% processing fee applies. Full payment collected on-site via mobile terminal.
