Choose the Right Voucher Amount.
Once your Climate Voucher QR code has been scanned, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded. Before tapping Show Voucher, double-check the amount you want to use.
No Cash Change Is Given.
When you are ready to spend your Climate Vouchers, you will see denomination tiles in the RedeemSG app, it’s $2, $5, $10, and $50. You tap the combination you want to use, and that exact amount gets scanned by the cashier. If the total you selected is more than the price of your item, the difference is forfeited. The retailer does not return it in cash, and NEA does not credit it back.
For example, if your item costs $57 and you tap $50 + $10 = $60, you lose $3. But if you tap $50 + $5 + $2 = $57, nothing is wasted.
Using Your $300 and $100 Vouchers Together
