Jex Aircon supplied and installed a mitsubishi system 4 for my new flat a d they were very professional about it! They were knowledgeable and had great recommendations such as reminders about not positioning the bedroom aircon at the foot of the bed so that servicing would not require people to go to the bed, as well as warning us about putting the aircon above the TV in prevention of potential leakages. We proceeded with installing above the TV anyway for aesthetic purposes oops. Still a really great experience with them, not to mention their prices were very competitive and affordable!

Engaged Jex Aircon to install a new System 3 unit for my home. The booking process was smooth, and am satisfied with the installation. Workmanship was clean, trunking was done neatly, and the cooling is excellent. Highly recommended, looking forward to follow up maintenance accordingly with them

"Excellent workmanship and efficiency; the team completed the project right on schedule. That being said, the workers need to be more mindful of their behavior and communication when interacting with or working around live-in residents."

Replaced a system 2 aircon , Rajah and team came and did a good job , they covered up everything for us and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. They were also patient when I requested them in adjusting the position of the aircon to ensure good alignment. I was worried after installation that the air con was not cold, Rajah patiently explained to me and assured me they will be around and wait until the aircon turns cold. A very meticulous and professional team - highly recommended!

Installation and advice were smooth and hassle-free. We relocated two less-used units to the living room and installed a brand new System 3. The cabling and trunking work were done well, and the whole job was completed in one day (from 9am to 7pm), which was efficient.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the work area was not properly covered during installation. The kitchen and dining table were left uncovered, and the dust spread quite badly. In the end, I had to spend an additional $300 on professional cleaning

JEX Aircon has been my family go-to for aircon installations and servicing. Mafuz, being the site supervisor and his team have been providing prompt replies, updates (site visit before installation) and good before and after service such as reminder day before appointment by the office and replying to queries whenever we have issues regards to our aircon. Well done, keep up the awesome service. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience with JEX AIRCON company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, helped me choose the right unit for my space, and completed the installation efficiently and neatly. The aircon works perfectly and the workmanship was top-notch. Their pricing was fair with no hidden charges, and their after-sales support was reassuring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality aircon service.
