Very irresponsible and incompetent workers. Constantly late for appointments even turning up when dark. Failed flaring job causing gas to run out in a month. Subsequent appointments with only single worker with no gas. Supervisor Muru unapologetic, dismissive and rude. An entire bunch of work permits holders running the show. The business owner Jack Soh will only double charge despite a failed job. Unscrupulous!

I wanted to instal a system 4 aircon in my old 4 room HDB flat. I correspond with Jex aircon via WhatsApp and I am very pleased with the assistance and advise of Kristin. First, she gave me an estimate of the cost, then she arrange a site visit. Jack came to do the site visit and explained clearly where the aircon can be installed and how the pipes will run. I requested for more detailed information on the materials to be used and Kristin answered all of them. I asked further questions on changing the location of the compressor, warranty and cleaning up the place. Kristin patiently answered all my questions and even sent me a photo of my HDB flat to confirm that the compressor can be placed outside the room I wanted as other neighbours had done the same thing. Kristin had impressed me by doing such a good job and deserved a compliment. I hope her bosses will read this post and acknowledge her good work. The installation will be done on 24 sept and I am confident of the service of the company

Jex Aircon supplied and installed a mitsubishi system 4 for my new flat a d they were very professional about it! They were knowledgeable and had great recommendations such as reminders about not positioning the bedroom aircon at the foot of the bed so that servicing would not require people to go to the bed, as well as warning us about putting the aircon above the TV in prevention of potential leakages. We proceeded with installing above the TV anyway for aesthetic purposes oops. Still a really great experience with them, not to mention their prices were very competitive and affordable!
